All hunts require a 50% non-refundable deposit, rest of balance is due day of arrival

To promote quality bucks we only allow our guests to harvest mature bucks.  A $500.00 penalty will be charged for any buck scoring below 125 gross inches.  This will ensure that you and future hunters will see more bucks and bigger bucks during your stay at Southwest Iowa Outfitters.

We can handle groups of up to 8 people.  Group rates are available for certain seasons.  We book on a first come first served basis.  Hunts are considered booked when we receive the deposit.  If you do not draw a tag we can send the deposit back or keep it until you draw your tag.  If you decide to let us keep the deposit, we will hold your spot and honor the price when you originally booked with us.  We only book a certain amount of hunters per season and zone to keep hunting pressure to a minimum.

***We are booking a maximum of 20 deer hunters in zone 4 and a  maximum of 6 deer hunters in zone 3 for the 2011/2012 seasons.  We are starting to fill up so book now!***

Hunters arrive on Sunday and hunt Monday through Friday and depart

on Saturday unless other arrangements are made ahead of time.

*2011/2012 Hunts* Zone 3

Zone 3 Hunts are a do-it-yourself hunt on a 250 acre property loaded with cover and food plots.  The property includes several tree stands and includes 2 heated tower blinds (good for bow and gun hunters.)  You will stay in a hotel near the property.  I will show you the property and stands and give you maps of the farm.  The rest is up to you!  Great deal for hunters who want to do their own thing.  You can't beat these prices for an Iowa Whitetail Hunt!    

All Zone 4 hunts are all inclusive & include lodging, transportation, meals, and accommodations.
